Steer has two plans: a genuinely useful Free plan you can stay on forever, and Pro, which unlocks the full forward-looking experience. There's no lifetime tier and no surprise charges.

The free plan is real

Goals, habits, your full finance baseline, and two-way calendar sync are all free — forever, with no card required. It's not a crippled demo.

What Pro adds

Pro is about turning Steer into a true co-pilot:

  • The full AI Brief — a complete written summary every day and week, not just a teaser.
  • Unlimited goals — track as many as life throws at you.
  • Finance simulations — test any "what if" against your real numbers, then apply it.
  • Fitness sync — let Strava and other trackers update your goals automatically.
  • Advanced analytics — deeper insight into your trends.

The trial

When you start Pro, you get a 7-day free trialno card required. You can explore everything Pro offers with zero commitment.

When the trial ends

Nothing dramatic happens. You simply move to the free plan. None of your data is deleted, and you're never charged by surprise. If you cross a free limit (like more than 3 active goals), Steer just asks you to upgrade rather than removing anything.

Monthly or annual

Pro is available monthly or annual, with annual offering the better value. You can switch, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Plan & billing.

Managing your plan

Everything about your subscription — upgrading, downgrading, invoices, payment method — lives in Settings → Plan & billing, handled through our secure billing partner.
